WHY DOES AN ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY/ INJURY
Over the years Aidan has trained abroad and attended & presented at several conferences regarding bikefitting and everytime the top Sport scientist, professors and pro cyclists will agree that it is not the technology and equipment it is the FITTER that makes a bikefit.
It is essential to have an anatomy and physiology background to understand the 'cause and effect' that a fitter is making on the individuals biomechanics. Everyone is different so to be qualified in locating the correct muscle attachment points on the body is critical. Also it enables optimum fit with the degree of least 'wear and tear' on your joints. Aidan has done over 3,000 bikefits and his experience is vast.
None of the systems out there can do this, it is the fitters knowledge.
